The following requirements must be met for returns and exchanges:


-Following delivery or pickup, the product is returned within 7 working days;

-The product is still in its original packing, complete with all labels;

-The product is in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and unwashed;

 

- The product was not a final sale or on liquidation upon the purchase.
